Cyclean (cycle + clean) began its journey through innovation and technology, utilising specially adapted cargo bikes for eco-friendly window cleaning solutions. Our approach allows us to deliver top-quality window cleaning services on a scheduled-basis.

We believe that quality is paramount, and we pride ourselves on the great experience we provide to our customers and Cyclean-ers involved. In fact, our success-and much of the fun- lies in the way we do things.

Our cleaning process combines the latest equipment with traditional methods. For instance, skylight glass is always squeegeed clean after using a water-fed pole on the frames.

We use ultra-pure water with a total dissolvable solids (TDS) level below 0.3 for spotless window cleaning, achieved through our deionisation process, and we check its purity level with every new fill.

For inside glass cleaning, the simplest way is to use a wet microfiber cloth followed by a dry, pre-washed Irish Linen scrim to wipe the glass. However, for exterior windows, using Cyclean ensures a thorough and lasting result.

Our high-spec carbon fiber water-fed poles let us reach up to the fourth floor. For homes without side access, our compact equipment helps us move around safely and quickly. We also use telescopic ladders to access windows on flat roofs.

For us, maintenance means maintaining high standards beyond just clean window panes. If a clean isn't right, we'll return within 48 hours or offer a full refund.

You can sign in to your account or simply send us an email. While we appreciate a two-month notice, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

If there's heavy rain or strong winds, we won't clean any outside windows for safety and effectiveness reasons.

We take pride in offering a unique approach to window cleaning by prioritising thoroughness and quality over speed. Our dedicated team ensures that every spot, including top frames, receives meticulous attention. As a result, instead of recommending 4-6 weekly cleans, we focus on delivering results that last longer, and so we recommend bi-monthly cleans.

For those seeking an affordable solution, we recommend having front windows cleaned every two months. Additionally, any other windows can be cleaned upon request. For customers who desire both front and back windows cleaned each time, we suggest window cleaning every three months.
